  • Download the OLS Application at Downloads page when available. The new 2015 OLS Application Packet will be available for download on November 1st.
  • Fill out the OLS Student Admissions Application and pay the $60 application fee.
  • Complete and submit a copy of your Educational Evaluation:
    • Current IQ score, reading, writing, and math levels
  • Submit high school transcript and any college program records or transcripts.
  • Submit two OLS recommendation forms found at our Downloads page. Recommendations should be provided by an educator, employer or work supervisor.

OLS Applications Packets are due April 15th for early admissions or July 15th for regular admissions.

Once applications are received, applicants will be notified within three weeks after the admission due date. If application requirements are met, the applicant will be invited to an in person assessment. The OLS assessment will measure baseline skills. Decision for admission will be made after the assessment process. Once the prospective student has passed the assessment, he or she will be invited to attend OLS in the Fall
